The chef Simone Delpin is the one weaving the threads of this project. Raised in Borgo a Buggiano and active since 1999, Delpin boasts collaborations with Mario Maccioni. He has gained his international experience also thanks to his ability to combine Italian culinary tradition with local cultures.
